Tagliatelle con ragu

Homemade fresh tagliatelle with slow cooked seasonal meat ragu braised in a tomato, red wine and fresh herb sauce


Cannelloni

Fresh egg cannelloni pasta stuffed with creamy ricotta cheese and spinach, baked in a light tomato sauce


Pollo Siciliana

Juicy chicken thighs and drumsticks slowly cooked in a rich tomato sauce with onions, mushrooms, peas, borlotti beans, oregano, and a splash of red wine.


Margherita pizza

Freshly made thin and crispy pizza base, topped with juicy tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil, drizzled with olive oil

Panna cotta

Freshly made white chocolate panna cotta served with a served with a spiced pear compote


Tiramisu

This classic Italian dessert was always Laura's birthday cake as a child so our version is made according to her mother's recipe! Savoiardi biscuits are soaked in espresso coffee and Amaretto liqueur, then layered with freshly whipped sweet mascarpone cream and topped with grated chocolate.
